Agrobal will strive to meet and exceed the client’s expectations by providing a proactive, dedicated management structure and leadership in all aspects of HES management. The participation of the total project team, including managers, supervisors, employees, and sub‐contractors in the HES Management Plan are a critical success factor for any project. This is accomplished and controlled by deploying our ‘HES is not an optional “extra’’ concept as the project culture. A key feature of this is our dedication to the philosophy of “Incident and injury free” which will be linked to the company’s “Every Person Safe” philosophy. This value based approach aligns with high standard HES perception and Agrobal shall apply the same approach to our sub‐contractors so that they adopt and implement similar values.
